Video Transcript:
Project POC provides the contexts for an overhaul of various prevailing notions in relation to the synthesis of AI, particularly the characterization of the outcome – the artificial intelligence itself. Essentially, the prototype illustrates a variant of AI that is fundamentally different from all instances of state-of-the-art synthetic intelligence, that are more often than not stochastic and invariably algorithmic. In fact, the prototype provides a proof of concept for a qualitative continuum switch of artificial NLP intelligence to a human-like variant from the purely machinic kind we are used to. Adjectivized Artificial Intelligence or A2I as it is termed, is contingent upon checking certain boxes of the Omnijective criteria for human-like AI. Rather than creating artificial intelligence, the motivation here is to synthesize native artificial thought from which intelligence and other cognitive faculties get derived. So generated synthetic thought requires yet another continuum jump at the least, so as to achieve a fully autonomous and original intelligence on par with the human mind. Adjectivized and Acontextualized Artificial Intelligence or A3I as it is theorized concerns various hard problems in relation to consciousness, awareness, tendencies & sensibilities etc., to empower the synthetic agents of intrinsic choices. However, that is research cut out for the future.
From an Omnijective perspective, the pursuit for a general variant of artificial intelligence is in part a quest for the human likeness thereof – with the next pitstop at Synthetic Thought. A description of corresponding illustrable features along with an example can be found at –

While the implications are likely to be enormous, involved subtleties may not be evident given the atypical nature of such an undertaking. A contrast vis-à-vis recently released language model of ChatGPT could help emphasize the character of intended synthetic intelligence, owing to their comparable target use cases. This forms the agenda for the next installment of this whiteboard video.

Video 3 Summary
Simply speaking, Video #3(/10) provides a newer characterization of artificial intelligence in the context of Omnijectivity in general, and Project POC in particular.
- A disruptive definition of AI: Whatever labels we may assign to existing AI, as being autonomous or intelligent, its output is intelligence in noun form and the rest merely is projection on our part. At present, the only intelligence that genuinely merits being called intelligent in an adjectivized sense is strictly non-synthetic. Project POC aims to bring such an adjectivized form of intelligence within synthetic domains.
- Resultant procedural divergence: In the Omnijective view, all conceivable noun formed intelligence arise from thought, which in turn is made possible by subjective comprehension. Current-day AI also operates by this rule, but the generative thought resides in the human programmer or modeler, not in the program where the output is produced. Project POC brings these together by methodically eliminating the human element from the synthesized intelligence.
- Consequent technical divergence: As a result, the thrust is on generating artificial thought rather than artificial intelligence – two concepts that remain largely indistinguishable by the limits of present understanding. Omnijectivity not only establishes a clear boundary between them but also forbids mixing their methods. For instance, conventional algorithmic or data-centric approaches, while effective for current AI, are unsuitable for the synthesis of thought and, are in fact counterproductive.
- New taxonomy of Artificial Intelligence: The usual hierarchy of AI → AGI belongs to the “AI as a tool” paradigm. Shifting instead to “AI as a source of intelligence” reframes the progression as:
- Adjectivized Artificial Intelligence (or A2I): human-like synthetic intelligence, focused on artificial thought.
- Adjectivized and Acontextualized Artificial Intelligence (or A3I): human-level synthetic intelligence, focused on artificial choice.
- Project POC is aimed at A2I, with a view toward extending the method to A3I in the future.
- What’s a problem? Why problem? Why solve?: For a fully autonomous agency, problem-solving stems from its core, not external instructions. Think what caused human evolution. One might interpret it in terms of system-internal survival, necessity, curiosity etc. Omnijectivity calls it Acontextualization – the impetus for all human intelligence.
